I had all the carpets cleaned in my house today by Craig and they look fantastic. They are visibly cleaner and the pile has a whole new lease of life! Craig is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend.

We would 100% recommend Craig and Libra Carpet Care to others. This is the second time we have used this company, and we would definitely use them again; most recently we accidentally spilt black acrylic paint on our light grey woollen carpet - I called Craig the same day and he was able to not only advise but also carry out the stain removal very promptly which has given us amazing results and saved us having to ultimately replace the carpet. Craig is extremely professional, polite, hard working and genuinely appears to want to give his customers the best service possible.

We use Libra Carpet Care whenever we need a clean. Craig is polite, always on time. Very professional and does a brilliant job plus his stain removal stuff is the best I've ever found at getting rid of stains. Highly recommended.

A warm and friendly service. Nothing is too much hassle and the results are amazing. We had a 10 year old sofa which had never been cleaned, but Craig did a fabulous job and it was as good as new again by the time he had finished. We asked Craig to return and clean our carpets following a lot of internal building work. Again, the carpets have come up brilliantly clean. I would not hesitate in returning to Libra Carpet Care and I would definitely recommend them.

Extremely happy with the carpet cleaning service provided by Craig at Libra Carpet Care. This is the third time we have used him this year in some rental flats we own and he has been 100% reliable each time. He gets carpets much cleaner than you could ever get them with DIY carpet cleaning machines so it’s worth every penny. I would highly recommend.

Craig came out to clean my living room carpet and to eradicate pet urine smell I couldn’t shift through cleaning at home. It was done so efficiently, quickly and thoroughly. He really knew his stuff and my carpet looks and smells so much better, would highly recommend!

Craig showed us a demonstration on the benefits of stain protection and we now have our lounge carpet treated for easier cleaning.

Professional, courteous, and polite. I needed to use my carpets in a short space of time as I had my extended family to visit and it was done within the hour.

I had no wet feet and my family members were very impressed.
